Becoming an owner within her first year, Carmelina has been with Generator for over 20 years heading up the duties of Finance, Human Resources and Administration. Carm graduated from Lakehead University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (HBComm) and as if that weren’t enough, she also holds a Master of International Management degree (MIM) from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Carm has an insanely broad skill set and a ton of experience working in finance and management in both the public and private sectors, so you know you’re in good hands. When she’s not keeping a tight rein on the day-to-day operations, she’s making sure we’re all happy, healthy and engaged. And paid.
